Thanks to its low susceptibility to dirt and a flat design, the Shimano BR-CX50 cantilever rim brake is ideally suited for use in Cyclocross. In addition to increased clearance for wider tires and a narrow profile for easier carrying of the bike, the rim brake features the NEW SUPER SLR technology for powerful braking performance. Easy set up and install.

Can be used for cyclo-cross, touring, Audax and flat handlebar road bikes with wide tyres.

Original set comes installed with 18mm washer (aka "pad spacer").

Compatible brake shoes / pads: R50T2 or 54mm length Catridge brake shoes
