Shimano Acera RD-M3000 Rear Derailleur borrows its low profile design from the higher-end Shadow derailleurs to reduce the overall profile of the derailleur to minimize damage from on trail obstacles. The Shimano Acera SGS long cage derailleur will work with 3x9-speed drivetrains and can work with cassettes up to 36t with a maximum difference of 45t. 

The Shimano Acera M3000 can be mounted to standard derailleur hangers and frames that use Shimano's direct mount system.
